The Panama Friendly Nations Visa — Bank Deposit — Premium Package is designed for eligible applicants who want more than the essential banking and immigration workflow.
For many clients, the bank deposit option is not only a financial requirement. It is also a relocation, family mobility, document and post-approval planning project.
The client may need to prepare a bank profile, organize source-of-funds documentation, coordinate fund transfers, create the fixed-term deposit, prepare immigration evidence, travel to Panama with family, obtain resident cards, coordinate cédula steps when applicable, evaluate tax ID needs and plan future permanent residence follow-up.
The Premium Package adds a practical, higher-touch coordination layer to the Friendly Nations bank deposit residency process.
This package may be suitable for clients who:

1. Enhanced nationality and category coordination
CitizenResident helps coordinate the review with the legal partner to confirm nationality eligibility, family structure, document requirements and the bank deposit route.
2. Preliminary due diligence and document collection
CitizenResident helps coordinate preliminary due diligence organization for bank, legal and immigration workflows.
3. Banking profile and source-of-funds preparation
The Premium Package includes enhanced organization of documents that may be needed for bank onboarding, including professional background, bank references, tax information, corporate documents, source of funds and source of wealth.
4. Roadmap and timeline action plan
The Premium Package includes a more detailed action plan showing dependencies among banking approval, document legalization, fund transfers, fixed-term deposit issuance, immigration filing and travel planning.
5. Document legalization and translation coordination
The Premium Package may include translation coordination within approved limits and more structured tracking of legalization and translation status.
6. Bank account opening and fixed-term deposit workflow
CitizenResident helps coordinate the workflow, but the bank controls onboarding, compliance approval and deposit acceptance.
7. Funds transfer and compliance follow-up
The Premium Package includes enhanced follow-up around transfer timing, intermediary bank requests, compliance questions and supporting documentation.
8. Immigration filing workflow
Once the deposit evidence is ready, the legal partner coordinates filing before the competent authority. CitizenResident helps coordinate pending items and communication flow.
9. Airport VIP pass, transportation and SIM card
The Premium Package may include airport VIP pass coordination, airport-to-city transportation and local SIM card assistance, subject to provider availability and approved scope.
10. Travel to Panama for resident cards
The client and family may need to travel to Panama for resident card steps, photographs, registrations and related immigration requirements.
11. Local rental coordination support
The Premium Package may include support coordinating local rental options for the client’s stay or settlement period. Rental payments, deposits, broker fees and lease legal review are not included unless expressly stated.
12. Cédula coordination, when applicable
Depending on the approved stage and legal guidance, cédula coordination may be required or available. The Premium Package may include coordination support for this step when applicable.
13. Panama tax ID coordination, if applicable
Some clients may need a local tax ID depending on banking, rental, business, accounting or tax planning needs. CitizenResident may help coordinate this process with the appropriate professional or authority when applicable.
14. Future permanent residence roadmap
The Premium Package may include roadmap orientation for future permanent residence steps, deadlines and document planning. Long-term follow-up may be quoted separately or included under ongoing post-approval coordination support.
Unless expressly included in the approved proposal, the Premium Package does not include:
legal advice by CitizenResident;
immigration filing by CitizenResident;
banking advice by CitizenResident;
financial advice;
tax advice;
bank approval;
fixed-term deposit acceptance;
government fees;
bank charges;
transfer fees;
apostille, consular, notary or courier costs;
airfare;
hotel accommodation;
long-term rental payments;
future permanent residence legal filing unless expressly stated;
ongoing post-approval coordination service unless expressly included.
The Premium Package is recommended for eligible Friendly Nations applicants who want the bank deposit route coordinated as a full banking, residency, travel and post-approval experience.
It is especially valuable for clients relocating with family, clients arriving in Panama for the first time, or clients who want a smoother transition after approval.
After the initial Friendly Nations process is completed, some clients may want ongoing support for future permanent residence reminders, updated bank documents, bank communications, tax ID follow-up, cédula, document organization or communication with different professionals.
In that case, CitizenResident may offer the ongoing post-approval coordination service as a separate continuity service.
