Residency & Immigration
CitizenResident’s Basic Job Agreement Package coordinates the essential Panama Friendly Nations Visa workflow through the labor route, including company incorporation coordination, RUC registration, Operating Notice, municipality registration, local director coordination when stated, job agreement workflow, work permit coordination, immigration lawyer communication, personal bank account support and basic dependent solvency organization.
The Friendly Nations Visa — Job Agreement — Basic Package is designed for eligible applicants who need a structured but focused coordination path for the initial provisional residence application through the labor route.
This package connects the essential components of the project: company setup or activation, RUC, Operating Notice, municipality registration, job agreement workflow, work permit coordination, immigration lawyer communication, personal bank account support and basic dependent solvency organization.
It is designed for the initial two-year provisional residence stage.
The Basic Package does not include the later permanent residence application, cédula coordination, ongoing company maintenance, annual tax filings, municipality tax filings, payroll or Social Security coordination unless expressly added.
The job agreement route can become confusing because the immigration application depends on several non-immigration steps.
Before the immigration lawyer can build a strong file, the company may need to exist, show a commercial activity, hold corporate documents, prepare the employment relationship and support the work permit path.
The Basic Package helps the client avoid treating these as separate tasks.
It gives the client a coordinated roadmap from company setup to the initial provisional residence filing.
Depending on the approved proposal, the Basic Package may coordinate:
Friendly Nations route planning with immigration lawyer;
company incorporation or activation workflow;
resident agent and registered office coordination, when stated;
local director or corporate representative coordination, when stated;
corporate RUC registration coordination;
Operating Notice coordination;
municipality registration coordination;
job agreement drafting workflow;
job agreement registration workflow;
work permit application coordination;
immigration document checklist;
legalization and translation workflow;
personal bank account coordination;
basic dependent solvency document organization;
provisional residence application tracking;
basic status reporting.

CitizenResident helps coordinate document tracking, legalizations, translations, company evidence, dependent records and immigration lawyer communication.
