CitizenResident’s Premium Job Agreement Package coordinates the Friendly Nations labor-route project with enhanced support for company setup, RUC, Operating Notice, municipality registration, job agreement, work permit, personal bank account, dependent solvency, corporate maintenance planning, CPA appointment, tax return coordination, payroll/CSS support when applicable, permanent residence application after two years and cédula coordination when applicable.
The Friendly Nations Visa — Job Agreement — Premium Package is designed for clients who want more than the initial provisional residence filing.
This package treats the job agreement route as a complete Panama project: company setup, employment structure, work permit, banking, dependent solvency, corporate maintenance, tax and municipality coordination, payroll/CSS when applicable, future permanent residence and cédula coordination.
It is especially useful for families, entrepreneurs, executives or foreign clients who want the Friendly Nations route to remain organized beyond the first approval.
Basic helps coordinate the initial route.
Premium is designed to coordinate the wider lifecycle of the project.
A Friendly Nations job agreement case does not end when the provisional residence is filed or approved. The company must remain maintained. The job agreement and work permit path must be tracked. Dependents may need updated documents. Banking and solvency may need continuity. The two-year provisional period should be monitored. Permanent residence must be prepared later. Cédula steps may follow after permanent residence.
Premium creates a longer-term coordination framework from provisional residence to permanent residence planning.
Depending on the approved proposal, the Premium Package may coordinate everything in Basic, plus:
enhanced immigration lawyer communication;
enhanced company setup and activation follow-up;
enhanced RUC, Operating Notice and municipality coordination;
enhanced local director or corporate representative coordination when stated;
enhanced job agreement and work permit workflow follow-up;
enhanced personal bank account coordination;
enhanced dependent solvency organization;
family travel coordination for resident card steps;
corporate annual maintenance roadmap;
resident agent renewal reminder coordination;
registered office renewal reminder coordination;
annual government tax / tasa única reminder coordination;
CPA appointment coordination;
DGI annual income tax return coordination;
municipality annual tax return coordination;
payroll and CSS/SIPE coordination when applicable;
permanent residence application coordination after the two-year provisional period;
cédula coordination after permanent residence, when applicable;
naturalization roadmap orientation under regular conditions;
ongoing post-approval coordination planning.
Step 1 — Strategic planning for applicant, family and company
Estimated time: 2–5 business days
CitizenResident helps coordinate a full review of applicant profile, dependents, company needs, salary profile, banking needs, tax/corporate maintenance expectations and the long-term path toward permanent residence.
Step 2 — Company incorporation and activation
Estimated time: 1–3 weeks
CitizenResident helps coordinate company setup or activation with legal providers, including resident agent, registered office, local director or corporate representative structure when included.
Step 3 — RUC, Operating Notice and municipality registration
Estimated time: 1–3 weeks after company registration
Premium includes enhanced tracking of RUC, Operating Notice and municipality setup, because these steps affect the employment, work permit, accounting and maintenance roadmap.
Step 4 — Job agreement and work permit coordination
Estimated time: 1–4 weeks for preparation, depending on documents
CitizenResident helps coordinate the job agreement workflow with the labor professional. MITRADEL’s 6A-2 requirements include registered employment contract, employer CRP, Operating Notice or license, and CSS payroll-related evidence when applicable.
Step 5 — Immigration and dependent filing workflow
Estimated time: 2–6 weeks for preparation, depending on legalizations and translations
CitizenResident helps coordinate the main applicant and dependent document flow with the immigration lawyer. Dependent solvency is planned around the applicable SNM requirements.
Step 6 — Provisional residence filing and tracking
Estimated time: depends on authority processing
The application is filed by the immigration lawyer. The first stage is a provisional residence permit for two years under the official SNM requirement sheet.
Step 7 — Corporate maintenance and accounting calendar
Estimated time: ongoing after company setup
Premium coordinates the maintenance roadmap, including resident agent, registered office, annual government tax, municipality obligations, CPA appointment, accounting and tax filing coordination.
Step 8 — Payroll and Social Security coordination, if applicable
Estimated time: monthly when active
If the employment structure requires active payroll and CSS coordination, CitizenResident helps coordinate document flow and provider follow-up. MITRADEL’s employment route requirements refer to CSS payroll evidence or related certifications depending on the employer situation.
Step 9 — Permanent residence application after two years
Estimated time: preparation begins before the provisional period expires
Premium includes coordination of the permanent residence application after the two-year provisional period. The SNM requirement sheet states that permanent residence is requested by presenting the prior requirements except the criminal record and certified checks.
Step 10 — Cédula and long-term roadmap
Estimated time: after permanent residence, when applicable
Premium may include cédula coordination after permanent residence and orientation on the long-term naturalization roadmap. Under regular constitutional conditions, foreigners may request naturalization after five consecutive years of residence, subject to legal requirements and government discretion.
