The Panama Naturalization — Basic Package is designed for eligible permanent residents who want a structured but focused coordination path for the naturalization process.
This package helps organize the essential workflow around eligibility route coordination, document collection, legal partner communication, criminal record documentation, economic solvency evidence, DGI status, passport copy, medical certificate, translation workflow, filing readiness and basic follow-up.
It does not include enhanced exam preparation coordination, Carta de Naturaleza registration coordination, cédula update coordination or ongoing post-approval coordination support service unless separately quoted.
This package may be suitable for clients who:
already hold permanent residence in Panama;
want to understand which naturalization route may apply;
need help organizing documents before legal filing;
want a focused checklist and timeline;
can manage appointments and follow-up with limited support;
prefer post-approval steps to be quoted separately;
do not need 1 year of ongoing post-approval coordination support service.
The Basic Package may include coordination of:

CitizenResident helps coordinate the initial review with a legal partner to determine which naturalization basis may apply.
2. Document checklist and timeline
A structured checklist is prepared to identify documents, validity periods, legalizations, translations and missing items.
3. Criminal record and solvency documents
CitizenResident helps coordinate the document flow for criminal record evidence and solvency documentation requested by the professional partner.
4. DGI, medical, passport and residence documents
CitizenResident helps organize supporting documentation such as DGI status, medical certificate, passport copy, permanent resident card and migration status documents.
5. Translation and legalization workflow
Foreign documents may require apostille, consular legalization and authorized translation.
6. Filing readiness and legal partner communication
CitizenResident tracks pending items and coordinates communication with the legal partner before filing.
Unless expressly added in the approved proposal, the Basic Package does not include:
legal advice by CitizenResident;
nationality advice by CitizenResident;
government filing by CitizenResident;
government fees, taxes or stamps;
criminal record issuance fees;
DGI, notary, medical or certification fees;
apostille, consular or courier costs;
exam tutoring or formal exam preparation;
Carta de Naturaleza registration coordination;
cédula update coordination;
passport application;
ongoing post-approval coordination support service;
guaranteed approval or processing time.
The Basic Package is ideal for eligible permanent residents who want to organize the naturalization file correctly before filing without adding premium post-approval or long-term support.
Clients who later need enhanced interview or exam preparation coordination, Carta de Naturaleza registration, cédula update support or 1 year of ongoing post-approval coordination support service may request add-ons or upgrade to the Premium Package.
