Residency & Immigration
The Basic Package coordinates the principal company, banking and immigration components for Italian citizens preparing a residency application under the Panama–Italy Friendship Treaty.
Basic Residency Coordination for Italian Citizens in Panama
The Basic Panama–Italy Treaty Residency Package is designed for Italian citizens who need a structured foundation for their residence project without extensive post-arrival assistance.
It combines company incorporation, banking preparation and immigration-professional coordination within one organized workflow.
The Basic Package may be suitable for Italian clients who:
already have accommodation or local contacts in Panama;
are comfortable organizing some practical matters independently;
need support with the main corporate, banking and immigration stages;
want one coordination point for documents and professional communication;
do not require airport, SIM-card, cédula, Tax ID or driving-licence support within the initial package.
CitizenResident organizes the applicant’s initial information, including nationality, family profile, intended activities and objectives in Panama.
Legal eligibility is reviewed by the independent immigration lawyer.
CitizenResident prepares and manages a practical checklist covering documents requested for the approved corporate, banking and immigration scope.
CitizenResident may help coordinate certified translations, apostilles and legalizations through the applicable third-party providers.
CitizenResident helps coordinate:
corporate information collection;
company-name preparation;
communication with the corporate legal provider;
registration follow-up;
organization of initial corporate documents.
Any additional directors, nominee arrangements or non-standard corporate requirements are outside the Basic scope unless expressly included in the proposal.
CitizenResident may assist with:
banking-profile preparation;
KYC organization;
source-of-funds documentation;
professional and financial background presentation;
appointment coordination;
follow-up on additional requests.
Bank-account opening remains subject to the bank’s review and approval.
CitizenResident helps coordinate the practical workflow with the independent lawyer responsible for legal advice, eligibility, filing and representation.
